How to Return Items

How to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
  1. Download the RMA Request form Here
  2. Fill out all applicable fields
  3. Forward the completed form to customercare@b2bmobileauction.com

Please Note: You must be given an RMA number before returning any devices, and the RMA request form must be submitted for approval. Failure to follow this procedure may result in a delay in processing your credit request.

 

Return Policies

This section applies to products received that are defective/damaged/missing parts. If products have a manufacturer/vendor warranty, Applicant must first exhaust its rights with the warranty provider.

Otherwise, the following terms apply:

  1. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization of B2BMA;
  2. Return authorization must be obtained and the product must be received within 10 days of the authorization issuance;
  3. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable;
  4. Applicant is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns (retain all tracking information from the shipper until credit; B2BMA requires that return shipments be properly packed and fully insured);
  5. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product related fees (such as installation charges or special delivery instructions) are not refundable; and
  6. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.

How quickly should I send my trade-in device?
You have 15 days from the date you submit your trade-in order to ship your device.
How do I ship my device?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label and a packing slip by email.

Shipping steps:
- Pack your device securely with a printed copy of the packing slip.
- Attach the shipping label to the box.
- Drop it off at any USPS location.
Is shipping insured in case of loss or damage?
No, USPS does not allow us to purchase insurance on your behalf. If you'd like to protect your shipment, you must personally request and pay for insurance at your local Post Office.
